The homepage includes an optional "Pedestrian Accident" case-review form. If you fill it out and submit it, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the case details you provide, and a timestamp of your consent. Nothing is collected through this form unless you actively submit it.

How That Information Is Used and Shared

If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. The simplest opt-out is not to submit the case-review form — nothing in the rest of the site depends on it. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the opt-out channels above; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any sharing that already occurred before withdrawal.
